What is Tantra?
The word Tantra comes from the ancient Sanskrit roots tan "to weave" or "expand" and tra "that which liberates". Originally, Tantra referred not to a particular practice but to a state of consciousness, a direct experience of interconnectedness of all things.
Over time, practitioners who embodied this state developed practices and techniques to support others on their journey some of which we still have acess to now referred to as classical tantra.
At Taste of Love Tantra Festival, we carefully combine the traditional practices of White and Red Tantra with contemporary trauma-informed approaches to cultivate this state of consciousness.
White Tantra
Developing a felt sense of connection and presence within.
Red Tantra
Expanding through fully feeling life in all its aspects as it unfolds.
Join a consent-led community of curious, creative, and conscious humans.
